Why wait till 6pm tomorrow, is there some significant reason behind
that , or are they just dicking us around

Twitter is claiming , confirmed by Phil Hay, that the decision on
Cellino will be given out at 6pm tomorrow
Must admit I cannot see how he can win on the fpp test - the judge
could perhaps rule that the fpp regulation is illegal (does not apply
to any other business etc) but cannot see how he can decide that
Cellino has not been convicted of a criminal offence
With all the talk of Cellino and Farnam joining forces who knows where
it will all end
