Now, just for a moment, let’s NOT get into the question of whether he’s right. The REAL question is this: if you’re Cellino do you believe that McD is telling you this to justify his own retention? Certainly it is mighty convenient for McD to say “the personnel was crap,” isn’t it? Now, I think most of us would probably agree that we need to upgrade the player personnel.
