I hate shrinking things. All the same. I feel sorry for him. This is beyond his control. It's not Zidan or Keane. In those cases there was an element of control. Here there isn't. It's explosive behavior. That does not make it better. Punishment won't help. Lack of punishment is untenable. The question is what to do? With regards to the incident. Is it documented? If so there is a procedure. If not, then what? Treatment can help. Help but not eradicate. But he has to accept that and an agreed procedure for if and when he relapses. None of which will happen.
