Agree with what you say Phil. You have to wonder if The Hock has been brought in to hold the fort whilst Carbone learns the ropes. His under 21 side are looking good by all accounts.
The season hasn't even started yet so it is a little unfair to be getting on Hock's back at this stage. He might just surprise us. There is talk of another 5 or 6 new players coming in so our best 11 could change dramatically before the Millwall game. Overall I'm not unhappy with the situation at the club. It needed a massive shake up and that is what we got. Whether it all ends well we can only wait and see. I'm optimistic for the first time in years.
