I'd love the Cellino/Hockaday/unknown European footballers approach to work, but common-sense tells you that it probably won't, and in all likelihood we'll be looking for a new 'coach/yes-man' within 6 weeks of the season starting. Once I'm back from my hols I'm deffo going to Elland Road to have a look though, cos as rabble rousers go Massimo is most amusing.
