If it turns out well we'll all be delighted of course. If he does well, Leeds 
do well which is obviously why we are all here.

That all said, my personal view is that he is doomed to fail spectacularly and 
therefore it is in the best interests of the club that he is 'let go' now, or 
as soon as possible. The more matches the next guy has the better because (as I 
think we all know) the Hock won't be in charge this time next year.
