The aftermath of Murphy's first booking told me it would not take much for him to see red. I shouted at the TV to sub him now. He was hardly likely to do much anyway, and especially if on his best behaviour. I would have really respected Hockaday if he'd used his common sense and replaced Murphy straightaway. Jonathan
