No sympathy for the Hock. Don't blame him for taking the job, if someone offered me the job of coaching Leeds I'd take it, but he was clearly out of his depth and made poor tactical decisions. Of course the senior players backed him, that's who he kept trotting out, the same players who were not up to the job for the last two years. As the Gary Kellys article pointed out, he had opportunities to try something different and he stuck with his same diamond formation with the same players that was clearly not working. Just didn't seem like a coach who thought on his feet and was prepared to make changes and admit his plan for any game wasn't working. Besides he's most likely got a tidy paid off, enough for most of us to retire on. Sympathy, pah! Jeremy
