I agree. It's also worth going back and re-reading the Pearce interview from shortly after Darko arrived, in which he made a reference to doing things differently under Milanic, without really endorsing the new approach. If I were a betting man, I'd bet many of the players wish Redfearn had gotten the job. I'd bet Redfearn wishes he'd gotten the job as well. And I'd bet other clubs that might have a managerial vacancy in the near future are glad Redfearn didn't get the job.
