Yes I completely agree. All doom and gloom in the press and people like Stan 
Collymore tweeting to Leeds fans to say ' I told you so Leeds fans, this guy 
should not be running your club'.

Others are saying he is treating a great club with no respect.

I think he knows what he wants and won't rest until he gets it right. He's like 
a fan running the club, knee jerk reactions after bad results and maybe that's 
no way to run a club BUT nobody can deny he has the club's best interests at 
heart. How many times have we seen a chairman stick with a manager for long 
periods even when all the fans know he has lost the plot ? This is just the 
other extreme.
