We don't need "game changers" on the bench we need them on the bloody pitch!

Somehow we need to stop giving away stupid goals -own goals / bad marking / mix
ups with keeper etc - a team at the bottom has to be able to 'park the bus' and
hang on for 0 0 especially away from home, and even cling on to a 1 nil lead
however early we score , and at the moment we seem totally incapable of doing
that
