You cant buy something unless someone is prepared to sell.

At the moment all Cellino has done is sell a few shares to his family trust in 
an attempt to set himself apart from the club whilst he has a fight with the 
authorities.
I doubt that will work but in any case there is no indication of any intention 
to sell at the moment.

Of course i'd imagine as soon as Crowe's lawyer looks at purchasing something 
with ownership split between Cellino, GFH and Bates, he's tell him not to touch 
with a bargepole.
