Did anyone stay for the 'lap of honour' or whatever they called it ? I did give the players a round of applause as I left the stadium just after the final whistle but did not feel the need to stay after that. Did many stay behind (I have seen a Sheff Wed player last week waving to an empty stand) or was it a waste of time? Did all the players come out or just those in the squad yesterday ? What was the reception like?
