Under the terms of the 2004 sale, the club has the right to re-purchase Elland
Road at any time, though the price goes up every year according to a set
formula. But the current owners are not obliged to sell to any other party.
Cellino could make them an offer, but the chances are they would ask for a
higher price, to make it worth their while.

Couldn't Cellino just privately buy the ground and Thorp Arch and "rent" back
to the club and therefore bypass GFH?
