OK ... So the position would be .....
Evans goes and presumably Raynor goes as well. We have no Head of
Recruitment, no Head of Academy, no first team goal keeping coach, no
Sporting Director. I suspect the only people left with any knowledge
whatsoever of any of the youngsters and or more established players are
Andy Gray and Neil Sullivan.
Any new manager/coach would meet the players for the first time on the
first day of pre-season. Depending on when that appointment had been made
the new guy may or may not have had some input into who stays/goes but
that would be based on what knowledge and insights ? Other than the wishes
and instructions of Cellino.
The club has lost all organisational memory and that is no way to build or
sustain any success.
