For me, the big thing about Monk as opposed to any other manager since we signed Grayson, is that it a signing looking to the future; all Cellino's previous appointments have been panicked (trying to halt a slide) or completely bonkers. What we all need now, including MC is to give him time. I think there is a statement of some intent in this appointment...he's young and learning.
