I hold out the hope (vainly) this is all a Cellino ruse.
He torpedoes the deal tomorrow declaring he won't sanction it having basically
orchestrated it as part of his win back the fans strategy.
More realistically it all goes through and he blames GFH for not coughing up
money "forcing" him to sell to buy.

has been agreed with ?
