Good question. I am very much retired from active service re Leeds, but my
criteria, especially if I take my boy is, do I think we'll win! I'm already the
recipient of countless 'Leeds lost again Dad' type comments, so as near as
damnit, a win needs to be on the cards. Having railed against glory-hunters for
more years than I care to remember, I'm deeply suspicious of those who appear
for the 'big' games - I'm with Keane on that, the prawn sandwich brigade! Of
course my views are very old skool, and no-one gives a shit about that sort of
stuff anymore. Hope the ground rocks against the Geordies, and that we send
them home miserable, but.....

Only very rarely have I wanted to see a player from a differing team, and
fortunately the last one was Mendieta - we went to see Real Madrid v Valencia,
and the mop-topped genius didn't disappoint, despite being on the losing end of
a ref-initiated defeat. Would I want to see some footballing legend run rings
around Leeds - absolutely not!

Cheers

John
