My view of Redfearn - poor manager , selected Luke Murphy time and time again.
Picked a few youngsters , had a few lucky results however I thought we played
some really poor football under Redfearn.
Got sacked by Rotherham this year. Nuff said.

That is brilliant, one of the most open and honest interviews around
football, I think I've ever seen!!! Sad though ... We're seeing some of
that end product, but due to ignorance, short sightedness and greed, we
