You're right; But on the other hand, this is the first time that a transfer
of Leeds ownership hasn't been a bargain basement fire sale since Caspian,
so the bloke might well have a real stake in Leeds' future.
The dream solution would be for the new bloke to be 100% owner and MC, no
longer subject to the "fit & proper person" test, carries on as Chairman :)
