I'm no corporate takeover expert, but I'd be astounded if a figure had been agreed and set in stone, the variables between being a EFL or PL team are so large and diverse and the new 5.1Billion deal has only been running for a few months so the actual effects are still vague. The best Ratzo could expect is an extended exclusivity deal.
