For me the most telling thing is the change is mood amongst the fans - I'm walking into the ground expecting to see us win rather than hoping we won't be too bad, and it's not just me. People are walking in with a smile on their faces and walking out genuinely excited by what they've seen. Even an impromptu chant of we are Leeds on the way out of the family stand yesterday! There's a buzz about the place I've not felt for a long long time and Monk deserves a ton of credit. I was/am definitely in the Cellino out camp but he deserves credit too for getting Monk and not appearing to be interfering anymore and for the quality signings we've made. For me, I think we need cover at centre back and up front but the most important signings this window are Monk , Bartley and Jannsson.
