He seemed to have played on the right wing in Sweden (looking at youtube clips)
but is very left footed.
Not sure how he and Pedraza will fit in with Monk's plans - one of them can
replace Doukara / Dallas on the left wing but not sure where the other will play
The failure to land Fletcher or another centre forward does leave us light if
Wood gets injured - Antonsson does not look good enough and cannot play on his
own up front, Doukara does not score enough. That would leave us with Roofe who
played as centre forward last season and scored a hat full but nothing we have
seen so far leads me to think he could replace Wood
Having said all that i am really looking forward to seeing another two wingers
with pace, both of proven quality, and one of whom looks like he really loves
taking players on. Neither can play tomorrow but will be available for Hudds on
Sunday
DavePS I see Mowatt has been sent off for Barnsley - looking at his tackle on
twitter it is one of those " I got there as quick as I could" - Barnsley are 2
nil down as well which is good
