I don't know how much Lasogga has played recently so I doubt he'll start, but
might get a seat on the bench for a late appearance. TC doesn't look like a
risk taker so I think he'll pretty much tick with the Forest team. But for
the first time in memory (about 30 minutes in my case) we have real options all
over the pitch, but of course the reality is we'll probably have a terrible run
on the next few games 😉

A couple of decisions for TC - or does he just tell the players who did so well
v Forest (and Sunderalnd) that the shirt is theirs and theirs to lose
?Alternatively he brings in Lasogga up front and then either moves Roofe to the
bench or has to decide between him and probably Hernandez alongside Alioski and
Saiz.Or he could decide that Burton are likely to park the bus, and so go for
some width from the start and give Dallas a place Grot and Cibicki will
presumably both be on the bench chomping at the bit to get on O'Kane has had a
groin problem so does he rest him and give Vieira or even Klich a chance?
Anita is another one whose place is not 100% secure - does Borthwick-Johnson
offer slightly more going forward from left back He also has to take into
account that we have another home game on Tuesday, so does he make a few
changes for one of these games or go with the same starting line up for both -
subject to injuries ?
At least he is picking from strength on the face of it - choosing between good
options rather than has happened so often in the past of having to make the
least bad choice or making do I think the next 3 games will show if we are
genuine contenders - all 3 are games ,which, looked at individually, we should
win, so it should in theory be 9 points, and if we do that I can see us being
top of the league after Millwall. (Realistically I would be content with 7
points) It would be nice to get our season off the ground at home in the League
after two 0 0 draws, and even better if we can give one of Burton or Brum a real
League cup style hammering , scoring 4 or even 5 So is our optimism (2 crowds
averaging over 30k) going to be well placed or will it be, as so often, the
bubble bursting as we fail to beat Burton and then lose to Birmingham and
Millwall ?
