I have tried to look up re extra for stupid appeal - an article in the Sun dated Dec 2017 all about length of bans etc says"But if the FA rule a club has lodged a 'frivolous' appeal, a three-game ban can be increased to four." So maybe it still does ??Probably academic in O'Kane case since the video will convince TC not to appeal
