Seems like we need Forshaw and Roberts both to make an immediate impact on the results. A tall order. Only Lasogga from memory has made an instant impact (2 debut goals) but overall the jury was soon out.If only we could boss midfield and get a pipeline of chances coming in each game. Then I think we’d have more consistency from whomever is playing as striker. Even Hull last night seemed to always carry a threat, coming forward (esp down the left) in waves. And (even) Millwall bossed both games and created chance after chance. Too many of our chances arise randomly, not looking in any way planned. And I’m not seeing evidence now of our set piece maestro’s input - did he advise Pablo on all those wasted free kicks last night? Hope not. Jonathan
