I dont watch or follow much / any football that is not LUfC but I thought from
the kudos they gave him when we played them he had done really well, brought
lots of young players through- getting decent results with decent football till
all the better players jumped ship for better money / teams ?
We know most of the rest would be doomed to failure (McLaren, Stam etc) or no
chance of coming here (Silva) so I am reasonably happy with this if it happens*
I have heard that he slagged Leeds off before we played them but no idea if he
hates us or it was just 'mind games' or playing to the Barnsley fans ?
He is an up and coming young English manager with some experience, so , on
paper a decent enough appointment - better than an old has been or unknown
foreigner
