Didn't grow up in Leeds so missed all that stuff, I only got to go to the away
games down south as a kid. However I certainly remember those days in general
and the atmosphere at the games! Was never one for a spot of bother but the
thrill of walking to the games with a load of Leeds fans was incredible. It
just doesn't seem the same anymore, and certainly not in the US.
However I really hope the fashion from that era doesn't come back anytime soon!
Those flares and that hair is just ridiculous!

Subject: [LU] Wilderness years

I know that things are quiet apart from loads of crap media transfer
speculation but I have just been reminded about the 'wilderness series' on
youtube - re-watched number 14 which shows the Man City game with the infamous
McQueen punch on Harvey, the pitch invasion and just general mayhem
Got in big trouble with the Mrs watching one of the early ones - when we played
Scum and it shows us all on the big hill running all over the place chasing
scum being chased by them , being chased by the police and just general running
around - great memories that brought back some fun times or "F---ing Grow Up "
as my Mrs said
If you have not seen them or not watched for a while they are a great way to
spend a sunny afternoon in the garden !
