I would be very disappointed if LUFC didn't start legal action against any disproportionate penalty, in particular points deduction. Nothing illegal was done, no damage was caused to property or trespassing. So any penalty could be argued to be illegal and grossly unfair. If it is so important that this is secret training then it should be behind closed doors or high fences, if not the are not Derby partially culpable for not guarding their so called secrets?
