Nah. It's too easy to blame Berardi for the Derby disaster. True, when that red card was shown, our goose really was cooked, but the fact is that we were already finished at that point; theoretically, a goal would have put us ahead again, but in reality we were mentally shot and we were never coming back, with 10 men, 11 or even 12.
