Hmmmm, wasn't that a common thread on here last season about Sheff
Utd??? It's up to us to do it. The league is NOT as good as last year,
but there (as ever in the Championship) are more GOOD scrapping teams, I
reckon the gaps across the league this year will be tight, from top to
bottom.
We absolutely HAVE to put a winning streak together now. Looking at
Novembers fixtures, there is no reason we shouldn't pick up maximum
points (15 I think) other than the aforementioned 'scrappers'. Put a
streak like that together now and we could find ourselves 3 or 4 (or
more) points ahead. THEN we start to get momentum, added confidence and
a little bit in the opposition heads, more than the "Oh it's Leeds"
syndrome that raises everybodies game anyway.
HAVE to put this together NOW, or teams like Preston will just do a
Blades and gain confidence and momentum.
