It has been one hell of a ride - some of it great and some not so good ( to
say the least)My lad started going in 2004 the year we went down and he has
waited 16 long years to get back. He was so giddy last night it was untrue - he
is coming round tomorrow with the champagne he has had since those days . He
even got his wife to agree to take us to ER last night, but in deference to
Norman and following 'instructions ' from the club we let our common sense
prevail Cant wait for the presentation at the town hall or wherever when that
happens
It feels even better now we are CHAMPIONS
Amazing how both west brom and brentford totally buckled at the first real
pressure- pressure we have withstood game after game since the restart with
having to play last
What a season and what a manager, let's hope the fans never turn on him (
which some will if we are bottom at Christmas) he is a special person and
special football coach THANK YOU MARCELO
