Hi Nick, It's in the gift of the club arranging the ticket distribution, however as the guidance for those in T3 areas is both that (a) travel should be avoided apart from essential reasons and that (b) travel out of a T3 area into another area should be done only if unavoidable, I can't imagine the club selecting anyone from a T3 area.
Having heard fans and club staff interviewed over the past few matches in other areas, they are only inviting into the raffle those within a very close proximity of the stadium. Cheers, Steve.
