which is fine because to be honest he's done little to > Bielsa foolishly
believes both Roberts and Rodrigo are no 10sNo he doesn't.Roberts was playing
there in Rodrigo's enforced absence, just as Struijk isn't a CDM, he was
playing there in Phillips absence. We have a small squad and not every plays in
their best position, as Ayling and Dallas have done on numerous occasions this
season.Good footballers can adapt, and evryone mentioned in this response is a
good footballer.

A better argument - my reply would be that Rodrigo is a more creative player
than Bamford and more easily able to adapt to the demands of playing behind a
centre-forward. When he plays CF for Spain, he does so in a far more withdrawn
role than Bamford does for Leeds, Spain being fans of the idea of a false nine
(someting that appears to work for Guardiola at the moment)

I would have thought neither you nor I would know the state of Rodrigo's
fitness better than Bielsa, so I'll go with Marcelo's callon this one.FWIW,
once I'd seen Rodrigo was back for the U-23s, I thought he might get an hour v
W Ham.He could easily have been brought on at HT but with Klich and Costa off
the pace and Roberts doing OK he elected to keep a sub back for the last half
hour.
