Sean! There’s a mute function on the WhatsApp group. You choose when to read and engage - just like on here. Won’t wake you up in the middle of the night. Facebook - as well, just adjust the settings to no notifications.
And - there’s nothing wrong with the good old list! The social media stuff are only complimentary.
