Obviously a panic buy. Kinnear & Orta seem to be way too concerned about their image on twit tok or whatever it's called. There were so many know-it-alls telling them that they had to buy a striker. But it's not that easy to get a top striker to come to a relegation-threatened team in January. Evidently, Rutter was the nearest they could get.
