I’m getting quite pissed off that the online reporters are expressing surprise/concern that we are going to be selling some players.
We need to sell at least 3 of Gnonto, Harrison, Sinisterra, Adams, Meslier to fund the players that need to be bought. It will depend on which of those that anyone is prepared to bid a reasonable amount for, but it could be all of them? The injuries to Rutter, allied to his current ‘book’ value, and now Summerville will probably see them staying. Unfortunately that may also mean Firpo stays, unless he becomes the 7th and last permitted international loan. I can’t see anyone in the premier league wanting him. Still lots of exits on the card, and some signings hopefully. As for Aarons, I’m ok with that as we don’t need a right back anyway. Sign a proper left back and we can add Byram to the list of candidates at RB.
