Huddersfield Town: An apology. I wish to publicly state that I have been misguided at times in respect to Huddersfield Town Football Club. I accept that epithets such as "dried up udders", "just a toilet down the other end of the A 62" and "dog-botherers", which I may have occasionally used to describe them, could possibly be construed as implying that I did not hold the club in the highest esteem. Let me state clearly that nothing could be further from the truth, and that I firmly believe Huddersfield Town are an excellent and magnificent football club.
