So, I managed to get tickets for the QPR game on Saturday through the ballot! The drawback of the ballot is that you have no idea where they are going to put you.
So my tickets for Saturday are in C16, bottom of the south end of the West Stand. I thought that is where the visitors go, but I must be wrong!! Anyway in my experience over the last couple of years, the ballot has been more successful than the free-for-all. You don’t have to sit for an hour and then frantically try to find some vacant seats, you just register on the right day, which I have failed to do properly once. Anyone else have the same experience? I have membership plus and tend to only try for tickets do Saturday or Sunday games, as my kids can’t get to games during the week or on a Friday night. 3pm Saturday KO is a rare treat!
