At times we looked brilliant last night, Luton shouldn’t have been on the same pitch, we’re deservedly top of the pile, yet there is still this frustration with how we dominate games then fail to go for the jugular, but sit back, prat about at the back, and play a really dull percentages game. My assertion after 10 minutes was anything less than 4-0 was failure against a team like that - it was time to sugar-coat the goal difference column.
Luton were pants, but even they fashioned a couple of decent chances, and whilst the second goal on half-time calmed nerves, this killing the game off by going nowhere is painful to watch, and always risks a comeback? Surely we can aspire to play our A-game for more than 20 minutes of the 90? Good to see Piroe involved - must have surprised the Luton defence as much as me :-) _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: https://mailman.gn.apc.org/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] Find us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/leedslist/ Dave Dowden, a legend, a Totty Twin, a pie man!
