I emailed the EFL yesterday as I was a bit narked at games getting moved for TV at short notice. They confirmed what I'd seen in the announcement about the Portsmouth game :
The EFL will be announcing TV selections on a weekly basis between now and the end of the season, providing four weeks’ notice.
