Farke says:

Leeds United face Preston North End in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday,
with just five games remaining of the campaign.

Prior to facing PNE in the lunchtime kick-off at Elland Road, manager Daniel
Farke previewed the game with the media at Thorp Arch.

As always, the Boss began with team news for his side.

“On Pascal Struijk, yes, today I can officially confirm that this season is
over for him, it's a fracture in his foot," Farke explained.

“He doesn't need surgery, but he will definitely be out for about 10 weeks, so
he will just be ready when pre-season starts.

“We still have obviously Joe Rothwell out with an injury and also Dan James for
this upcoming game out.

“He [James] came out with some hamstring problems so this will rule him out
definitely for the game on the weekend and then we'll see, it will be also a
tight race obviously for the Easter weekend.

“Also, Sam Chambers is not available. He's ill. And, yeah, apart from this,
more or less all the other players are available.”

On the game itself, the Whites come into the game after a strong showing at
Middlesbrough in midweek. Farke stated that his side will now look for another
big three points on home turf, against a Preston side he knows are dangerous.

“A team who plays with perhaps even a bit less pressure, with a bit more
freedom and also bravery, they can deliver better performances.

“Preston is definitely a dangerous side. They have a very experienced, very
successful coach and also a manager on this level.

“It's always a competitive side, difficult to play against them and I expect a
very difficult game.

“Also tomorrow, like always at this stage of the season, you always have to be
on it.”
