What a top night all round - it was amazing - not quite worth all the shit we have had to watch over the last couple of years but I am sure that it makes you appreciate the good times so much more.
I did get my 3rd bad occurrence of the day when we got to Salford train station 55mins before my train and could not find a pub open nearby ! So I knew I had got my 3 over with and that we would win (OK - I thought we would lose 2 or 3 nil)
Like most I was surprised at the team but it worked so who cares?
I assume everyone saw the match so no comment on that but a quick word about the Leeds crowd - we were magnificent - and for once we came out with some good new songs for the occasion "Got the job done - you're having a laugh" and "job done give us a wave" - aimed at Davies and his comments after first leg.
Then "we're off to Manchester, you're off
to Colchester" - nice one
"Shit ground , no lights"
Like I say it was a top night all round and we even got the police to let us out of train station and into pub after game by telling them we were staying in Preston and they accepted it !!

PS on SSN it has just said we are appealing against the Crainey sending off and hoping to get it overturned so he can play in the final !
