While we're on the subject of laws of the game, can a referee send off a
player who's already been substituted, if he leaves the bench, runs on the
pitch and twats an opposition player? If so who actually leaves the field of
play?
Not that I did this of course......but say I did, I was sent off and our
team had to pick a player to be removed.
