As I keep saying, I dont think players are actually allowed to drop their salaries. Its a union thing. I stand to be corrected, but does anyone know of a single instance when someone dropped their salary?
Apart from when there was a relegation clause in the contract or a new contract after the existing one finished. Having said that, it wouldnt surprise me that most footballers would refuse to drop even if they could. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:leedslist- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: 01 September 2006 16:04 > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [LU] Bakke > > >Not too sure why you'd get so angry about this Chris?
