I think everyone knows Im firmly in the 'Blackwell deserves/d his chance' group, or more accurately the 'Stop bloody whingeing' group.
However, unless we were blazing a trail in the league I would also say that we cannot afford to miss getting someone like Curbishley as manager. He is the only person who has been potentially available that I would have said this about since KB has been in charge - he is a proven manager. If he does take on the job somehow I would like to think that the whingers couldn't moan about him, but being realistic they will whoever takes over. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Richard Naef Sent: 11 September 2006 13:18 To: leedslist Subject: RE: [LU] Blackwell Ok Tim, fair enough at last there may be a realistic option - he says he wouldn't mind the championship - still don't think he really means that he would uproot himself and his family from London to Leeds. Also think we might be a bit too challenging for him ;-). I also think he is a long term man and I'm not sure the fans would give him the time, it took him 6 or 7 years to get the team to the Premiership. Still we can dream. ttfn Richard > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Tim Leslie > Sent: 11 September 2006 12:29 > To: 'list leedslist' > Subject: RE: [LU] Blackwell > > I beg to differ on this one Rich ...
