Thanks Tim for keeping my feet on the ground. Yes my punctuation + grammar might not be the best (although I did get an A in English Language O level - didn't deserve it though !) but you have to remember I write these reports on Sunday morning when I get up. 9 times out of 10 I am hungover and can't be arsed to read back what I have wrote. I still have problems with my 'his' and 'is's and still have a tendency to write it as I would say it. I'm usually typing so fast as the thoughts (and anger - usually !) come to the surface.
