Inaugural LUISA Meeting

Right then folks - no messing about. If we are gonna take LUISA forward
from the messageboard chat room stage we need to get together either
late this week or early next week to throw all our idea's in the pot -
build a frame work of an action plan with agreed timescale, define and
agree our roles and then begin work on enrolling everybody into this
properly.
Cathy has the bank account sorted and opened - we need a lawyer to
provide us with a statement confirming we are who we say we are so we
can amend the account with the correct names and activate with payments!
CAN ANYBODY HELP WITH A LAWYERS STATEMENT OR THIS WILL HAVE TO COME OUT
OF OUR INITIAL RESERVE?
We need to close of the second LUISA forum once this is done and this
should be for paid members only to debate LUISA business privately
amongst ourselves!
Smiley/Farnley - Could do with meeting up with both of you before the
Sheffield Wednesday game - Fenny are you still meeting Annilator?
I propose a meeting next Tuesday (6th) Night at The Angel Pub in Morley
- just off M62, Junction 27 or 28 - on the A650! - Who can and cannot
make it?
Mike - I know you are short of time at the mo - Is Nutcase helping you
in anyway shape or form? The website needs content and we are all
responsible for helping Mike make the site look interesting....so if
anybody has intersting pics or articles of note - please post to Mike
for consideration of putting on the site....Also I cannot get my LUISA
E-mail address working! - please can you give me some advice on this.
So far - people who have voluteered themselves into a commitee role is
Myself, CathyKaty21 (Treasurer), Smileybadge (Marc), Leest (Lee), Mike
(webmaster) Does anybdoy else have the time to form a democratic
commitee with a few spare hours to devote to launching, shaping and
promoting LUISA when we are ready to Go LIve?, and just as importantly
representing all our members to the best of their abillity? - albiet
everyone has a role to play in its success.
