It was my fault, because I didn't get my ass down there earlier - if the East Stand upper had been open there would have been space, yes (if that is your point) - but as has been pointed out, demand would have had to have been higher a lot earlier, so that it could have been organised.

Everywhere has a finite attendance limit, so the earlier you attempt to buy a ticket, the more likely it is you would get one.

You are the customer. What did you do wrong except want to bring three kids
to a football match ?
