What time is the actual vote?  I thought it was meant to be this am with an
adjournment to this pm if he was voted down marginally?

So the Revenue are owed 7million out of 36million = 19.4%

The YP reckons they will vote against Bates so that means approx 5.6% need 
to vote against The Beard and
its all on hold. The council are owed 1mill so that's 2.8%. Not looking good

for Cuddly.

Anyone know what happens to people who dont vote? Are their votes assumed to

be a "NO", a "YES" or is the 75% needed only out of those that vote one way 
or another?
